Except if you look back through my videos, you will see that I have been working hard with those two characters, but alas, the words of trolls mean nothing. Plus, I have made posts on theese steam forums beforehand.

Sorry, but level 100 with two chars in less than 50 hours of gameplay time?

Not saying you hacked, but I'm really curious how you did that. While not gaining any achievements as well.

No achievements because I have been doing the Local/offline mode, the only way to get achievements is through the online mode. Edit - not Lab Assault, playing Alchemical Lab on Insane hardcore Survival mode is great for grinding, plus some of the custom maps on the Steam workshop seemed to increase the levels faster. Also, playing on Hard/Insane pretty much from the Get Go helps with levelling up.

Furthermore, of course Spider Queen was hard, I am a solo player utilising two characters simultaneously - Spider Queen is fine if you have two or more active players working with you, but by yourself, dealing with the Queen whilst making sure the defenses are in good shape and makign sure that the Ogres are not getting too close is quite the challenge.
