Sometimes people kick for no reason sadly. Well on higher difficulties especially Nightmare most people used to get kicked for not having near 90% resistances since the maps are hard without being able to stay alive with high resistances on Nightmare hardcore. However, some people kick on insane, medium , hard and easy difficulties for no reason at all sometimes. I have seen people sometimes kick 5 people in a row from their afk shop just for no reason.

Then, you have those people that host a public game but don't want anyone to join which makes no sense b/c they should instead set it to private if they only want to play with online friends they know.

I used to play this game all the time too since October of 2011 on PC. It is something that still cannot be totally prevented.

theres 1 more thing if u join a low lvl game with a lvl 75 they kick u out because whats the point in playing for em then u wil kill everything in 1 hit anyways so no fun for host

I kick people as they join my game based if they are disobeying the server title. If I advertise similar level only I'll kick you if you have the difference of ten levels on me. I may also kick you based on your actions. If you loot everything and sell my defenses without explanation, sit around, or aren't not responsive you're going to get kicked that way too. Additionally, people worried about progression may also kick you if they ascertain you're going to be an asset or a liability to the cause at hand. Most often, that is why you'll be kicked. Host your own game with parameters if you want to achieve or play with someone. But those are the reasons you're likely to be kicked. Some people don't want carried, some people don't want a liability, and if the person frowns on your actions you can be kicked. I got kicked from plenty of games on my 5k dps and builders.
