monk skin ninja

why when i finish the halloween spooctacular it doesnt give me the ninja skin? and i bought the halloween pack.

You must finish the map as Monk or Initiate to unlock that skin and you must complete it at least on Hard difficulty.

ill try that but my friend said he wasnt the monk and it said on his screen that he unlocked it
