the first goverment mission where you have to fly low into the city then sneak in to the top of a sky scraper off load 5 soldiers by rope ,then the one ♥♥♥♥ always falls off,ive tryed every thing,all i get is end game a vip has died,please help anybody,there is no walk through.tia

You need to drop the guys on the north of the building (close to the air conditioners)
