In the Hallway part of this game, I had to lookup on where to find the key for the red chest for the last bear. The portrait that I am supposed to find the hole behind it will not let me interact with it. I have reinstalled the game and nothing is working. I want to play this game! Helppppp...

I bought the game and tried to install it, but my Webroot virus protection tried to delete a file. I allowed the game to be installed, and it installed. But now, when I open it, the game closes on its own. What do I do?

I'm locked in the cell and it won't let me enter anything in, it says to wait a while but am I really just supposed to wait real time? For how long? Or is there something I'm supposed to do? I can already tell what the password should be, but I can't figure out how to enter it when the lock is disabled....
