Fk the Ronin
so..love the look of this game but cant get past the Ronin. They always abandon ship and then game over. I guess i cant just destroy everone and move on. I have to board . So what i want to know before i try agian. is the rest of the game like this were you have to acomplish "a" before you move to "b" ? That seems so liner.

How do you mean exactly? If i recall, you don't destoy the ronin, you have to disable its engines... (select beam / laser attack then highlight the engines -primary and secondary)

As I recall, The Ronin is a tutorial mission. Just follow the instructions and you'll finish it, then you'll be left to your own devices.
