Sonic Forces won't open

I can't find the graphics config in the savedata folder what do I do!?!!

create a file in [HDD Drive]:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SonicForces\savedata
name this file GraphicsConfig.txt and copy paste these settings in the file

vsync 1
resolutionwidth 1280
resolutionheight 720

selectedmonitor 0
qualitypreset 3
aaquality 2
afquality 16
bloomquality 2
enableblur 1
enabledof 1

it will make the game run at full quality (you can change the 1280x720 to 1920x1080 if your screen supports 1080p, the mine only supports 720p)

the M makes me think you own a laptop
2.4ghz is pretty low
4gb of physical memory is the really minimum for the game
hmmm you don't seem to have graphic card either
i feel like even if you were able to start the game it would be almost unplayable

Try the controller icon in the upper right, and launching it from "Big Picture Mode" instead.
There's certain configs that have been doing this, it's being worked on.

Nothing helps, not even the Big Picture. Fed to the teeth, I'm knocking out cards (how many times I have to try to open game?!) and return it back.
