Can i play one of the bit.trip series with my own musics?
If i don't, so why should i buy it?

And do you guys have a list of musical games?

The music is part of the game. It helps you keep track of when to mash buttons since it is in time with the platformer. As I understand it everything runs on 1/4 notes so unless you found music that fit it would probably mess you up even if you could add your own songs into the game.

It's background enough that it is not super annoying and I'm not a fan of techno-type music in general. It's supposed to also give an 8-bit music quality to the game as well, which it does brilliantly.

If you have Windows try Audiosurf for a music program with which you can play your own stuff. Pretty awesome. I think there's a 2nd one coming out soon?

Or even Music Catcher 2 online for something ridiculously simple and yet fun time waster: once you finish the base game in that you can search online for mp3s and play anything you like.
