Black Screen - no texture

Hello there!

After 1 year, i wanna back to game. But now i have tech.problem with game. In game proccess texture say: "Hey, we leave", and result is: http://i.imgur.com/U9rJ6FU.png

How can i fix it?
My OS: Windows 7 - 64 bit.
CPU: Intel i-3 540
Video: Geforse GTX 250
Memory: 6 GB

CPu temp: 40 °C in game.

My tries: Settings change - no effect. Reinstall - noeffect. Download steam/non-steam client not helped. Vx - on/off noeffect. Compatibility - Windows XP/7 and other no effect.

Client Size: 1 263 499 909 byte. On disk: 1 279 438 848 byte.
Files: 6 322. Folders: 224
