Multiples hacks exist in this game. Though I never met aimbots, multiples glitches exist in the game and too many players exploit them.
There is also downloadables trainers (internet) for this game, boosting your score and getting you faster up on the leaderboards, which is sincerely not legit.
However, the difference between hacks and epic skill is hard to make, I can easily do what has been mentioned here before - 300 meters shot, running and dancing then instantly headshot. It all depends on the circunstances. You recognize an aimbot when he is killing everybody on the map from the same place very quickly, no matter where they are, every shot counting.
That's what I was talking about, more or less. I've seen players, non stop running, killing everyone. They get killed and are right back in game adding up like 50-60 kills. Never miss a ♥♥♥ shot and to me, that's total ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ when playing like that, that fast. I log off when I see it going that way. Too damned many one-shot kills in a row while moving is bs to me. Take in the factor of wind and drop and distance, nope, can't convince me it's all skill.
Early this morning, a player got 56 kills in less than 25 minutes of the time set for the game. That's not skill. Three shots in a row, three kills in a row just like that.
And if we suspect someone of cheating in any way, we always let one of us play on his side so that the suspected player can be checked in whatever he's doing.
It's all good, I just log off if it happens too many times, same goes with killing a player then him spawning next to me and kills me instantly. There's no getting ahead for me that way if all he's getting an instant get back on me. That happened 3x's last night as well.
There's another thing I don't understand. When I spawn, how does a player know exactly where I am before I even make a move? He can't see my player tag, that's for sure. I've been killed several times like this.
When you start the game, it will take you to the list of options, just choose, Multiplayer and then find a server. That's it and there are many of them visible.
It's not cheating but just a matter of taking full advantage of all the information they can get about the maps, respawns, graphical glitches and other bugs or flaws in the game.
One of the reasons we (our small group) mostly play together with friends and use TeamSpeak is having the option to check out players we suspect of cheating right away.
Playing in 3rd person gives you the opportunity to look around the corner or out of a window while lying under the window. You're invisible to others but in the meantime you're able to keep an eye on everything. In some cases you can even stick your rifle through the wall and shoot.
That's a graphical flaw in the game due to the 3rd person view.
If you see someone doing such things, just make a screen and a vid and put it here on steam.
I got dozens of screens of it. All this 3 kills, back to back, instantly, with a single shot weapon, gets me too. Haven't figured that one out yet, either. bang, bang, bang, no pause in between. 3 kills in a row and I know that in WWII, guns didn't operate like that especially all being head shots. To me, that acts like an M-16 with the switch set on 3 rounds bursts. I've tested every weapon in this game in SP and they just don't fire that fast. Hell, even set up my own server with a PW, just to try it in MP as well.
The only other gun I can think of that fires that fast is, the SR 25 in Ghost Warrior and that's post WWII. It fires, as fast as, you can pull the trigger.
It's all good, when I keep getting killed by the same player right after I kill him, I just log off. I go back to SP and goof off.
What we did is let the others (who weren't killed yet) come to the respawn and kill him and then he left. It happened on the Spooney server and at that time there was no admin to kick or ban him :(
As for the side arms in multiplay I always use the Tokarev and I'm pretty fast with that.
If an smg is also available I tend to use the Thompson :) The others are pretty much worthless in multiplay.
