sniper with knife

I have seen scenes of the sniper sneaking up on a German, and cutting his throat. How is this done?

I never done it, and never heard if it is possible. You can actually sneak on a german breaking his neck, sneaking on a german sleeping then punching him, but not more.

Its not possible to kill with a knife

sneak up and break his neck? What keys do you press to accomplsih that? I know you can sneak up on them, however besides shooting them, how do you break their neck. Thanks for your help

Once you are close enough, press the Space bar to perform a "Stealth" attack, which means you break their neck.

For sleeping enemies, you approach them directly in front of them, and you press Space Bar again (you should have a control notice on the bottom left of your screen when stealth kill is available, telling you to press Space Bar).

did in fact sneak up on a german, and break his neck, however you have to be careful not to get too close, or he will turn around and shoot you!!! Thanks for all the help.
