Installation Error sniper V2

After downloading the game and try to install it through the icon, the following message appears: Failed to start the game (application already open), what should I do? I looked at the bracket and not find any solution.

Try restarting Steam and the game. If that doesn't work, try restarting your system.
If that doesn't work, reinstall Steam and then the game.
You can also check the Event Logs. If you don't know how to do that, let me know.
