friend bought me a new game sniper elite v2 when I want to add it to the game that I'm writing the given key is already in use .. the game was wrapped with foil .. what to do where to report it?

Just let me get this clear.
Your friend bought a game for you OR you bought this game from a friend ?
Also, when the key is already used, it basically means the game key you bought OR your friend bought you has alreavy been installed on another computer.
I'm afraid you should go to official steam support forums for more answers.

so my friend bought the game but the game was packed Foil .. so I do not know if someone took Empik opened CD = KEY wrote again I packed game is new I really was not open .. I want to enter the key as I write that it is no longer used .. I wrote to suporrt Rebellion anything they can help ..
