General Ranking Ladder Broken - WTF is wrong with the general ranking ladder

Yesterday I was ranked 44th in the general area played kill tally game, waited for it to synch now I'm ranked 230,000 what the $%^%&&*. Not much use playing if the ladder screws up

The ladder is screwed-up by people using downloadable trainers and score-boosting programs. Yes it exists. Nope, it's not legit. It's a successfull reason to have a VAC ban.

SEV2 is investigating but says they cannot edit the ladder only delete WTF who makes & maintains a ladder without being able to edit the contents
very bad I've given up playing it now just no joy in hard worek any more

well I was 4th, they deleted someone and I became 3rd now I am 4th again. No big deal. Don't let others bother you and just play have fun if you are very competitive then I do understand. just keep playing. the general list seems to work fine as far as I can tell the others I do not really know

Just so you all know I was number 3 then 4 then somehow my score went from 168 million to 35 thousand. So do not feel bad. I am currently on my way back up the ladder. Now under #363 and climbing. my carreer pts is 225, 073,245 according the the career stats in the extra area of the main menu. So if anyone has a right to gripe it is me but I am not.

It aint at all fair and WE WHO ARE NOT cheating have a right to complain
I thought Steam were able to correct and punish cheaters regardless of the cheating mechanism Well Im disappointed in them for the blatant evidence were on about here but not much surprised
And maybe its the Rebellion team who are not bothered to clean out this BS from same leaderboards - Why ever not Ban these cheating yolks now and forever?

Rebellion, I have much respect for you for this and other marvellous games but please cut all the impossible scores and same cheaters names from the Sniper Elite 2 leaderboards at least once

So far ,I usually can get to 40,000,000 points,and then some joker bounces me back down to ZERO !! It's been 6 times now and my career stats are at 253,000,000 plus points,I'm just glad the cheaters can't alter the career stats !!! Most of the cheaters have super high points,but very low achievement counts !!!
