What are the rules/triggers for being spotted?
Evening all

I'm currently looking to get the "Kilroy was Here - Make it through the tower to the winch room without being spotted" achievement.

I was wondering if anyone knew when the alert is for being spotted.

Is it when there is a white or yellow arrow? Obviously a red arrow means you've been spotted but I'm not sure about the others.

I'm pretty sure white means your in the line of sight, but not spotted yet.

White arrow means that you are about to get spotted.
When white arrow becomes yellow, the enemy will become suspicious.
If you see a red arrow, its time to take out the SMG.

So for getting the achievement, is a yellow arrow OK or does it need to be white, or preferably no arrows?
