Linux?
Just curious if there was any plans for a Linux port. This looks like a pretty fun game that I would totally buy if it was available for my system. I actually heard about it from a few other Linux users who play it through Wine, but I would rather hold out for a proper version without the hassle. So you have already made money off some Linux customer and have room to make more from folks like me. Hope you are considering it.

Well… I think I found it on this forum here somewhere, that the developer team is not together any more because their company has been sold and divided. (I hope I understood that right.)

So there are no updates to expect. Also the forum to this game is full of spam at very first - hard to gather informations out of all the spam… ;(

If you like the game - just consider if it is worth the money for you personally. It runs well under wine – and if you like it, get it! (Or maybe wait until it's on sale).

Btw. I'm a Linux user as well ;)
That's a shame to hear. Oh well, got plenty of other games to play/buy that do support Linux and are actively maintained, I'll just pass on this one.

I would also like to see a Linux version of this game, Maybe Steam could forward the request to Z2, the new company.
It's just shown up on my Linux list so we're likely to be able to play the game within the next few days.
It just appeared in my Linux library as well, glad to see it's finally getting ported.
A "few days" may be overly optimistic. I've had more then a couple games show up in my library weeks or months before they were finally installable. Glad to hear that this isn't a lost cause anymore though, will be keeping my eye out for it.
was waiting for it i played it under wine for a while and didnt finish it so i would love to get it on my ubuntu
Well the last game that popped into my list like this was playable a couple of days later so lets just keep our fingers crossed.

Exactly this, I have Paranautical Activity on linux list for like 2 months already :p

But I'm glad they are porting this to linux :) Thanks!

OMG! It's coming to linux! :-)
Very strange: I saw the game is now available on Linux. I launched the install, Steam downloaded no file but said me download is finish. When I click on play, it says me it can not find files...And if I ask him to verify the files of the game, it says me it's ok...It's only on my computer?
@legluondunet: Unfortunately that isn't strange at all, and all too common. It means the game has been given the Linux flag in the database, but the game files themselves have not been publically released yet. Luckily this is far less prevalent now than it was a year ago, but I still see it happen more than I would like.

There is a simple way to check for this though. When you click the install game button there should be some stats about the game size, if those are missing on that first window of the install pop-up, then you know there are no files to install yet and the game is not ready and you should just cancel out of it and wait another day or two then check again.

I opened a ticket for this bug, you should do the same.
