Question

Hello guys, I just saw portal 2 is on a sale. I wasn't thinking about buying because i have finished the game on a friends pc when it came out, and i thought that was all. But here i see one of the most active hubs on steam, and i saw the word coop in the games features, so obviously i am missing something. So I would like to ask: What's the deal with this game? I mean what other things you can do apart from the main single player campaign?
If you take into consideration that I loved the gameplay, and i would love to have stages etc to play, but I am not the guy that will create his own map, would you recommend it? Is there an easy way to just play maps with friends without spending too much time on modding the game? what do you actually do in this co-op mode? Every piece of info will be greatly valued

There is another story for co-op. You control 2 robots. Also now Portal 2 is on Steam workshop so you can make your own map puzzles and download other people's and play theres. So there are thousands of maps so you will never get bored. I would 100% recomend this game it is one of the best puzzle games i seen. Just get a buddy and get play for hours.

That's nice. Is getting into the whole thing, I mean: finding where to download maps, installing them etc, hard, or is it simple to be done? I never used workshop material so i have no idea what is it about

Workshops easy to use btw, you like the look of a map? Hit the Subscribe button and it installs it when you load the game up.. Im going from Killing Floor Workshop but i'd imagine its the same.

How exactly does the co-op work in this game though?

Is it a local splitscreen co-op or only over a network (which means I'll need 2 copies)?
