Can I play Portal 2

I CAN PLAY Portal on my laptop with ease with high setting and resolution but was wondering whether I can play Portal 2 with the specs of my computer??

Display Apeters: Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family
Pentium(R) Dual Core CPU TU4400 at 2.20Ghz
OS: 64 bit
RAM: 3Gb

Please could you let me know whether or not this is a go as I don't want to purchse the game if I can't play it.
