have you seen the wikipedia page of Merle Dandridge (voice of Alyx Vance)?
under the title Stage and screen appearances -> Video games, it says:

Half-Life 2, as Alyx Vance (Voice), 2004

and after they've won the VGA ''game of the decade'' with half life 2, the logic leads me to beleve the next game they will release is a next chapter of the half life series

I'm preaty sure there will be a hl3 but the thing is:when. valve has very high standards for its storys, pick any part of the half-life/portal universe and theres enough story to make several movies, what might have happend is valve couldn't get a good story board together so they would relesse it, but the are coming out with a new engine, source 2 (it is confirmed) and they need a game with it, as much as I love portal I think it would be far too soon, portal 2 is still preaty recent, left-4-dead... probably one on the engine but half-life is the game valve has allways used to showoff there new engines and technical stuff, so i dought they will go with left-4-dead 3 and tf3 would mean they stop getting as much money from tf2 (they might eventully but it will be a while). λ3 for all!!!

does your brother really work at steam? what kind of a job does he heve? is it a cool 1? deos he know about unreleased valve games? and trailers? if those games are comming so soon, why are they not in the ''comming soon'' column in the store? has he ever met gabe n. ? odes he know the truth about the next half life? is it HL2 ep3 or HL3 ? has he seen the gameplay of the next valve game? and last question for now: DO U KNOW HOW MANY QUESTIONS DO I HAVE ?? !!
