Portal 2 Crash
Hi ,
I've bought portal 2 recently and I downloaded+installed it on steam , but when I try to play it an error just comes up " portal2.exe has stopped working" .
Any idea what do I have to do ?
I've tried with anti-virus stopped , firewall down and it still doesnt work.
+ the same error shows up when trying to play Dota 2 !

ur pc is fine, try reinstalling it and dont touch the pc while its doing that, because sometimes the data gets corrupted during the download process, also check if ur internet speed is good or just restart ur router

always when u have problems launching a steam game go to the games library and right click on the game and properties then Local Files tab and choose Verify integrity of game cache

google the prblem thats what i did and i have a worst cpu than you

Try to delete you C.A.P files: Catalyst Application Profiles. (Because you have AMD) Delete this, and restart Portal 2. Search for it in Computer.
