Game Breaking Bug

Whenever I play singleplayer, whether it be the campaign or community test chambers, every time I hit the "r" button on my keyboard, the gesture options come up and doesn't allow me to move or exit. Even when I reload my last save its still there. Same goes for starting a new test chamber. Please Help?

same problem with 4/5 th mouse button, a gesture menu in single player campaign appears and there is no way of disabling it. The only thing you can do is hit ESC + quit the game, because even loading a checkpoint doesn't let you move again.
