P-Body Glitches?
I'm a bit curious as to if anyone else has had this issue as well. In the Portal 2 co-op, ATLAS works fine for me, and everything's as it should be. However, as you are not always ATLAS, I've come to notice that P-Body is rather glitchy. The character tends to grab onto objects late, when I shoot a portal, it appears a few minutes later than it should, things are generally just not as smooth as ATLAS. It makes the co-op rather irritating, instead of fun. In other words, P-Body is very glitchy. Is there a patch for this? A few friends of mine have been having the problem as well, and I was wondering.

Well I believe that when you are Atlas you are the person who is leader of the party to say, you are the host when you are atlas, but when you are P-Body you don't have the host connection meaning you are probably having troubly with you internet connecting or you have a corrupt or missing file in the game, Verify Integrity of Game Cache and tell me if that does anything.

Well, when I am P-Body, after 5 minutes of the game, i have BIG problems with my keyboard and mouse. When I try to shoot a portal or move my view, I can't. Or, when I try to write something to my partner, I also can't. Those two things are in one pair, so playing coop is a horror. In singleplayer everything works fine. Could You please help me?

That is why said Verify Integrity of Game Cache. 9/10 It fixes all problems, Do that and then tell me what you get from that.

I've tried that, still doesn't work unfortunately. I believe you are ATLAS when you invite the player, and you are a P-Body when you accept a invite. As stated before, ATLAS works fine, even when I am having a few minor internet troubles, so it shouldn't be affecting P-Body so much as it does.

Indeed, when you're the host of the session, you play as Atlas, but if you're the client, you play as P-Body.
As the host doesn't need to send its packets to himself/herself, the experience is much smoother than if you are the client (P-Body), since you don't need to do the same synchronization as a client.
The only way to have a smoother experience is by closing any useless downloads in the background, getting a faster internet connection, or being closer to the host in order to have less latency.
