This or RO2?
So I've been considering getting Red Orchestra 2 and Portal 2. I know that RO2 is on sale, but I know that you can get the 75% off coupons for Portal 2 and get it for the same price. Just wondering what I shouls get. Please explain why...

Portal 2 by far.
Red Orchestra is extremly laggy unless you have some sort of brand new NASA computer. And it isn't very entertaining either...Just killing people and watching boring videos about real life war with dramatic music. Portal 2 has a VERY entertaining and interactive story and can run well on most computers. Portal 2 makes you feel like a part of the game and it interacts with you. You can develop feelings for the charecters which can inprove the story alot. Portal 2 has a CO-OP and it also has a map editor where you can create, and download cool maps. RO2 to me seems like a more "boring" version of call of duty...It just feels genuinly bad despite the lag.

Wow, talk about comparing apples to oranges. Or in this case, apples to lemons.

Well that's odd, never heard that saying before. I posted the same thing on the RO2 Discussion Boards and someone said the same thing.

And just a question about the 75% off coupon, does it still work in sales or does it not count when the sale is on? It would be nice if it did count, cause then I wouldn't have to add some money to my wallet.

It is used when someone tries to compare very different things that can't be compared.
For instance, Portal 2 is a puzzle game, while Red Orchestra is a action FPS.
They are very different. Thus, it's like comparing apples to lemons.

Why would you need a coupon for Portal 2? It 's only $4.99 on Gamefly this week. I just picked up a copy for myself and activated it (and d/l) here on Steam.

So then I can get it at £3.75 and can't find Portal 2 at all on gamefly.
And even better, if it's on 75% sale and I then use the coupon, I won't have to add money to my wallet because I have a spare £1.07
