Secret dead body in Portal 2?

I was using hammer and browsing through the textures, when all of the sudden I found the bloody shape of a body... I'm 75% sure that there's no blood when you get shot in Portal 2 like there is in Portal, so what could this be?

Leftover as in leftover models and textures I think, if it was found in game I'd imagine it would be on Youtube and people would have made a big deal out of it.

Hammer often still uses regular Half Life textures, so chances are that they are basically the textures from Half-Life.
