Hiring partners for Co-OP initiative

When I make PTi maps (Perpetual Testing initiative for the new ones 'round here), I would like a partner to help test them. Unfortunately, my brother's steam won't download Portal 2 faster than 1.5 MB ever so rarely, as average speed is anywhere below 500KB. So, until the monolithic 6.6GB file downloads for him, I'm stuck with the single-dual player screen on a 17" square screen lol.


Any ideas on why steam is being slow?

dude go to your steam and backup the game. Then restore the backup on your brother's pc. No need to redownload
