how to fix the crashes (more or less)

if you were like me and had a time where the game would crash every few minutes, making it really annoying and ruining your game experience of this lovely game, fear no more!
just simply un-install and then re-install portal 2 and it should be fixed. I did this and bam! no more random crashes! tell me if this helped!
