Messed up in the settings......

In the settings I was messing around with the resolution and such and with out knowing I increased the screen size, in doing that I can now only see the bottom right corner of the screen. I cant see the pause/start menue so I don't know how to change it. I've tried un-installing and re-installing it and it didn't work. Please help!
