Portal 2 Buggy Stuff

I've been using console commands for screenshots quite a bit recently, and now the game seems to be buggy as hell. If I accidentally press 'r' the rating thing from the community test chambers comes up and won't allow me to move or close the pop-up. Also when I try to make my own community test chamber my cursor wont move more than a few centimeters from a specific point, like it keeps being pulled back, in a way. Any ideas as to what this is about and/or how to fix it?

1. Don't use console commands to take screenshots. Steam has a built-in function for that. You can check the binded key from Steam settings.
2. Verify your game cache.

I meant I used console commands to remove the portal gun/crosshair etc. but thanks.

I used to have the same problem with my mouse. I unplugged it and plugged it back in. Helped!

Well the mouse thing is fixed but the game still freezes when I press 'r'... Thanks though.

type "unbind r" in the console
