Crash after crash

I've finish portal 2 and i'd like to play it again but after 2-3 minutes of playing the game it just freezes and i little window pops up that says portal 2 has stopped working. I didn't have any problems when it when i first played with it. please help

"-windowed -noborder" Worked for me. It might be an error in the full screen hook.
