For many it would be Portals 1 and 2 (mostly the console kiddies though) for me it was Half-Life: Opposing Force, what was your first Half-Life? (No pun intended)

The Orange Box, I'll be honest. I have since played the main Half-Life Trilogy (HL, OpFor, and Blue Shift) and the Portal games.
