Robot Enrichment Stuff Missing

I noticed that my Portal 2 items were missing from my inventory. Then I opened the game and tried to open Robot Enrichment.

I got the message "Loadout unavailible unable to connect to Steam"

Any ideas?

same problem past weeks now....very annoying since i did actually pay for one item and have 2 achievement items in loadout. Steam need to fix it or give us back the credits for the purchased items.....GAHHHHHHHH
