Best community made levels?
Workshop does a great job at organizing levels, giving you the best of the best. However sometimes you find great levels that are buried within. Any suggestions?

There's this really awesome mini-series called "Cosmogony", about a test subject waking up shortly after GLaDOS' takeover of Aperture Science. It's one of the most well-developed community projects from the ThinkingWithPortals mapping community. You should also try the 3-part mini-series, "Stasis". It's basically about a test subject ( You ), that was in one of those human pods ATLAS + P-Body discovered. All I can say is download those, and I garuntee hours of awesomeness!

'Designed for Danger' was a good mini series.

Ultimately, it's the "into the multiverse" series, it is great!
