Game crashing when destroying turrets???

So I have noticed a glitch in which my game crashes when in a chamber with turrets. I first noticed this bug on Test Chamber 13 of Chapter 3, when you put the portal on the floor to kill the third turret. The game freezes and crashes a few seconds later. I have completed the game before without this glitch, so this is strange to see. I have also noticed this glitch on Test Chamber 18 of Chapter 4, and when you use the Excursion Funnel to kill the turrets on Chapter 9. I have tried many things and the bug still won't go away. Anyone have any suggestions? Thank you and have a great day!!!

I have also encountered this bug/glitch and it's very annoying. Anyone know how to fix this?
