screen capping NOT working

I cant get my screen capping to work, I try to change the key bind to it and it still wont work. Any Ideas?

Any Source-based game (therefore Portal 2 too) has it's own way of taking screenshots. I have no idea how it works, but it can't be hard to google. It may be worth trying. (No, I'm not going to post the link, it literally takes few seconds to google it.)

As far as I know, it even saves screenshots in better quality than Steam does.
