Need Help With Portal 2

This is the problem: When I start the level/Testchamber, the screen will be all white and the dialogue will repeat itself over and over again, then my PC crashes and restarts. Portal 2 worked fine on the first try, but after that, it kept on crashing. Anyone have tips?
