Except isn't that what we all thought at the end of Portal? They found a way to continue the story. They can find a way to continue it again. What if there are other testing facilities that Chell now goes to liberate? So there's a version of GLADoS but not quite the same one. Or the AI that runs other facilities is not GLADoS but some other personality. And when Chell gets to another facility to liberate it, she's got either human test subjects to interact with or human scientists to deal with or any number of things. Just because you can't figure out how to continue the story doesn't mean that it CAN'T CONTINUE!!!!
