How Could Portal 3 Happen? *SPOILER ALERT*

I've been thinking about how a Portal 3 could happen, since at the end of Portal 2, Chell leaves Aperture. Could it be a prequel? Or maybe it would be with Atlas and P-Body.

Well, first the world of Portal is within the world of Half Life, so.. Yeah.

As i understand it, co-op continues the Portal 2 story after the events of single player, at the end on the co-op story Atlas, P Body and Glados find hundreds of new test subjects still alive in stasis, Glados no longer needs Chell or Atlas/P-Body

Oh! Yes, I completely forgot about that bit! So, do you think that if Portal 3 happens, you'll play as one of those guys? And maybe it would become a cross-over with Half-Life.

i think (somehow) chells darter (i dont know how to spell it sorry) will go there and glados doesnt know its chells and ya but at the end she dies
