Booster pack

Steam says that I'm eligible for a booster pack. I just don't understand how I'll receive the booster pack.
Could someone please explain me how this works, and I can get that booster pack.

first u gotta finish the pillar of community. then earn the cards by playing games and login to your steam at least once a week. but i am not sure about the chances of getting it

Level up to at least 10. You'll get one shortly after that. Then from there to level 50, the odds of getting a drop increase incrementally:

Level 10: +20% increase in your drop rate
Level 20: +40% increase in your drop rate
Level 30: +60% increase in your drop rate
Level 40: +80% increase in your drop rate
Level 50: +100%

The other requirement is to log in to your Steam acct at least once a week.

I have received only one pack from Portal 2 and one other game so far. So, expecting booster packs to constantly drop as you level up is not to be expected (it's sort of a scam...)
