Looping Logo Screens
Clash worked great for months before installing the Boss DLC. Had the Boss pack on console version a while back and loved it and was happy to grab it again when it was on sale for PC, but it broke the entire game. The logos videos for Ubisoft and Capy continuously loop over and over. The main screen finally shows up after several loops, but it's laggy and the music skips... etc.

I checked the validty of cache and each time it says two files are broken and need to be redownloaded. It downloads and installs the two files, but when I check the validity again, it says the same thing again and downloads it again... Uninstalling and reinstalling the entire game did not fix. Validity is still broken.

Anyone else having this problem?

Damn : s maybe the game was ♥♥♥♥ed by a "Steam update". Capy guys are awesome, I would send them a mesage in their twitter or their forums too ><

The loop thing it only appears to me,if I have a lot of app taking my memory : s

I have a pretty powerful rig for gaming, but I'll see if anything is sitting in the background taking up too much memory.

Whoops... didn't get around to trying again until now. Last day of summer sale was hectic cause we also had a D&D game going on at our house. Anyway, wanted to say thanks, cause your suggestion worked! Closed my browser (incidentally filled with way too many TotalBiscuit videos... 9_9 ) and now it works beautifully. Thank you!

Yeah, that was pretty dumb of me. But oddly, even though the game runs fine now, Steam still says the validity of those two files is perpetually broken, so who knows what's going on there. Probably completely unrelated.
