A little question about U-Patch 1.5.
Hello there.
I am thinking to reinstall the game with the unoffical patch but I have a question about this.
The U-Patch fixes the problem about the AI impossibility to build new cities and mage towers?

There is no changelog put out, and I haven't playtested so I can't say for sure. But i think the answer is no.
