I was about to give Ricochet a "Not Recommended" rating because it's not all that good, but since it was made by such an iconic developer, it just barely got a good rating. One of the things making it not all that good is the weapon choices, which there isn't any. You know how in some Valve games they have primary, secondary, and melee weapons? This game's primary weapon is a disc... LAME! And that's all your weapons you have. You can get some power ups, but it's basically the same thing. Now, onto the gameplay... which kinda makes up for all the flaws the game has. While the gameplay isn't great and isn't bad, I think the best way to describe it is unique. Instead of walking around shooting people, you bounce around between platforms hitting people with flying discs. It's actually pretty cool! But there's one big problem, nobody plays this anymore. I got on about an hour ago trying to find a server with more than 1 person, and couldn't. Unlike Couter-Strike (Half Life Counter-Strike) nobody plays these old Valve games anymore. So I think that if you get past the server problems, you'll have an OK time; not a good one, not a bad one, but ok. So if I were a game critic, I say 6/10.
