Game keeps crashing - display drivers issue?

I upgraded from a Radeon 6450 to a 7850 and every time I start a new match, the game freezes and I have to exit to the desktop. I also get a message saying my display drivers have stopped responding and have been recovered. Before I upgraded, the game would run without any problems whatsoever.

This only happens when I'm playing Battlefront, as all of my other games are running great and my card handles everything else just fine. All of my drivers are up to date as far as I can tell, and I'm playing the game with headphones so I don't think I'm having that strange sound problem other people have been having.

Any ideas?
