You know its not obligatory to only buy games on steam right? Check ebay and amazon, there are always cheaper copies around.

Yeah, 7,03 € is a bad joke, ist DRM-free for max 4 € avaible, but its a good SW-Game. For 2-3 Euros i would buy it, just 2 have it in my Steamcollection (already own it), but this is ridiculous.

Seems to me, the regular price of THIS game is $10 while the bundle is $20. Hard to argue with a regular price that high for so many quality hours of play when you know the sale price will occasionally drop to $3.39 for this game or $7.55 for the whole bundle. They are a few years old, but I don't see anybody being ripped off here.

Some of us have a greater appreciation for currency. Some of us didn't whine to our mothers to buy everything we want.

its a rip off get this for like 50p and just not have it on steam....

Id say the price is bit to high for such an old title. As an owner of the original CD I can judge...
Altho it still has one of the best melee combat multiplayers of its kind with tons of moded maps weapons skins etc. But then again the game is rather old. Id say 5 on sale and 10-13euro on normal days would be adiquate. But then again fan boys of star wars will sell their mother for this and I cant blame them I ahd to much fun with this games multiplayer

It's not that I can't or don't want to... but it's an old game and there's many new games sold with the same price. Actually sometimes I have been able to get 1-3 new games for that price.

Rannoch, you seem to mistunderstand some things. While I will agree with you that the game is priced too high (in USA it is $9.99 or $7.49 on sale right now), I cannot agree or sympathize with your being angry over it, or calling them , whomever you are referring to, thieves.

The owners of the intellectual property whoever it is, Disney or Activision as of now, have every moral and ethical right to set whatever price they want. If Steam has a certain say to set prices in this case, they also have full rights to do so.

Basically what I am saying is that you are not entitled to any given price you would consider acceptable. You simply aren't. Games are released new, or re-released for download with purpose of making some money, or covering expenses that may have accrued from fees, testing, or modifying the game. Doesn't matter. Do not like the high price, wait until it drops to the price acceptable to you, then choose to buy or not buy.

I really do not understand why some Steam users expect certain price at the exact time when they want it, or suggest that there a price should be "no more than x" and "no less than y". Thankfully steam more or less functions like a free market, where people buy things voluntarily, developers can submit their games even if they're in progress, the users can freely comment, etc.

I think most of us understand that if we don't like a certain price, for example do not want to pay $40 or $50 for a new release, we wait months to a year until the price drops, depending on the game. Very simple.

I have an original disc of the game for the PC, and I can tell you it's well worth the $$$. No one's forcing you to buy the game, nor is your whining on the forums going to accomplish anything, so why even bother?
