Stealer of Weapons' Souls across two playthroughs?

Ok so in a previous post I questioned if this achievement was missable, we determined it was not but i later discovered that both geis halberd and mustafas wooden hammer are missable weapons with skills not tied to other gear, making thier abilities missable.

So my next question is, can you get this achievement across multiple playthroughs. On my completed nightmare save i can afford all the weapons i need except the two mentioned missable ones, so could i learn every skill on there, then just playthrough untill i get mustafa to get the achieve on a second save. I only ask because Ys games in the past have allowed things like the beastiary to be completed across multiple saves.

In short, can you get some skills on one save and the rest on another to get Stealer of Weapons Souls?

I can't answer your question if it's possible across two playthroughs, but I'm wondering: did you check all the synth weapons aswell? From what I remember when I last played this game it was possible to get every skill somewhere later, either purchase a weapon in one of the stores (keep in mind that different stores might have different weapons, so visit every village!) or synth them.
If you're not very advanced in the story yet, maybe you get the ability to purchase such weapon later in the game. Some skills are on multiple weapons.

Ive found various other resources confirming the hammer stamp ability as missable so i screwed up on the previous playthrough, its a complete playthrough so I am able to check all stores and synth weapons
