When i got the game i got the cd code to activate it but when i put it in it says that its incorrect what am i supposed to do??help me please ive contacted steam but i get no answer.

i just got contacted today and they fixed it
you have to contac eugin sistems
steam does nothing

Better yet, I am unable to even create an account. It just says creating account but no account is created, HELP
