Camera pulling to the right?

Im having a problem with the camera it keeps pulling the camera to the right side of the map (its not happening all the time, it seems to be random), it may be a problem with the mouse but im curious to know if anybody else has the same problem, or a solution.

If you have a controller or joystick plugged in, the joystick or control stick on the controller may have begun to settle somewhere else through use or because where it's situated right now is applying pressure.

Thats the one thing i didnt think of (because it was sporadic)... thanks.
