I'm not sure if there are cheats, but here are some tips for that mission.

Basically this is a balance mission of spending your command points vs saving them.

When I did this one, I captured a few zones to get me a steady flow of points.

To the right of your Deployment zone there is Romeo, Quebec and Papa, which is also a deployment zone. I sent Command units to capture these as soon as possible, along with infantry in IFVs, preferably Infantry with Anti-tank and Anti-Air Missiles. If you have them, you should use recon helicopters to get a better view of the battlefield by stationing them at a safe distance over a forest or something so they will stay in hover mode.

To the left of your Deployment there is Delta and Alpha, you should try to capture these zones as well, and send some forces to either watch or defend the bridge across the river, don't worry about the bridge near Golf, you can just capture the FOB at Delta and station some forces in the trees on that side of the river and they can engage anything that comes across the Golf Bridge.

I found that it is easier if you hold the hill at India, as it will break up their advance against you, I recommend you send the infantry you start with to that hill along with some other things. Don't send tanks, because you will want to deploy your forces on top of the hill, not in the trees on the edge of it, so you can draw the enemy into a close-range fight where your infantry can stand a chance against them. You will also want some Anti-Air support there as well, and you should try to keep them supplied with Supply helicopters if you have them.

You will need a few forces to watch the bridge to the north of your deployment zone, but it is alright if you don't have forces there at the start, as you will have some time to put them there. Use the Attack Helicopters you start with to help out where things aren't looking good for you, all you have to do is hold on to your zones long enough to get the points you need, don't be afraid to spend points if you need them, because you can always get them back later.

Basically the key to this one is to bottleneck the enemy as much as possible using the natural terrain features such as rivers, while holding onto as many zones as you can defend feasibly.

Hope this helps.
