so in ranked multiplayer...
what is genreally the first good move to make? secure the center of maps? buy command units to capture points? or just build the best units? im a super n00b

I usually gor for the command point with 2 command vehicles: 1 for a higher value entry zone and the other for a high value command zone. I tend get a force then spread it out when fast move it on the road. As the force is moving I give individual orders to each unit.
I haven't played since the Ulitmate Patch but those are my general thoughts. I tend to get FOB's and empty my starting zone since it is usually low value. A lot of it depends on your style, are you defenizve are you offensive I'm kinda offensive to get to the points i need and once I secure a perimeter i try to creep against the enemy or make small infatry/fast vehicle attacks to keep the enemy on the edge of seat. I guess you could call me a macro player cause i'm not into the movements of units to the last meter.

The first thing you need to is decide what you want to do during the match. Do you want to capture three zones for larger income with the risk of being pushed early, or do you want to secure two with an army fit for fight, or go with one for an early rush? There are obviously many more options, but you need to know what you want to do. Secondly, you want to get to your goal as fast as possible and while doing so, not overcommitting to zones you have no chance of securing. When deploying your army, deploy them in different groups with spacing so that you can easily organize them on the move. So from here, you should tell your entire army to move fast to something like the center of the battlefield, then select smaller portions and tell them to move fast to other areas you want them to go.

There's a fine line between pushing too far and being too conservative at the start. Think ahead and make your opponent pay for rushes and pushes with good (cheap) ambushes and counter-attacks.

In short, infantry hiding in forests/buildings in bottlenecks and other areas where the enemy could push you are great. Logistically, the faster your enemy can push you in a particular area, the better prepared you have to be. Areas that have a longer route to reach you can be 'secured' with a single unit of reconnaissance. For example, you probably don't need infantry in a town at the edge of the map where there is only a low-income sector which isn't pivotal to the game. A reinforcement route might be.

ATGMs to counter heavy tanks, light tanks and light vehicles to counter a push that is great in numbers, heavy tanks to snipe lighter vehicles (especially from behind your front line where your cheaper units should be taking the hits), and if you're being infantry rushed make sure to have plenty of cheaper gun-platforms on the battlefield. Air is a great counter for anything where there isn't sufficient AA, and make sure to bring sufficient anti-air for each area or army you want to defend, but don't overdo it. Play recon well and spot enemy attacks early and react accordingly with the money you have. Send a recon helicopter out at the start of the game!

Play games against experienced players, keep calm and think. Save the replays and learn!

Recon Recon Recon, As soon as I learned to get eyes on target before target got eyes on you, once I got this my win % incressed. I send 1 helo in front of my main column with usally paras to grab strong points. But not just recon in the rear of the enemy, recon with your main force to sight your oppents probs and advance. I prefere SF recon over vehicles in the early stages. After the game settled I will use vehicle recon mostly to keep an eye on my flanks & rear for CV snip attacks
