I would say that EE has a stronger single player story.

Sorry for answering this late.. I would say buy both at next sale, i don't know when the sales will be up (hopefully around X-mas if you can wait).
I can not say that "EE" is better than "AB" because I like them both, and they are pretty similar in my opinion.

EE has a more "solid" SP story as FearNaughtSJ says, and also a better inication when putting trrops into hiding, on the other hand AB has airplanes.. =)

Ehh.. I'm wasting space here..

Buy both! =D
