Installing :VC++2012 Redist Installation (x86)

So im trying to open Wargame: European Escalation and it goes through the first step of the first time set up fine but then it stops on the second step which says Installing :VC++2012 Redist Installation (x86) and has been this way for 12 hours what do I do?

Usually, especially if you're playing more games, you should have those files already. Hit cancel (probably need to do that more than once), the game should then start.
